Scholarship Exam Details

NTSE Exam: The application form for the  National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is anticipated to be made available on the official website shortly by the National Council of Educational Research & Training (NCERT). There hasn't been any formal notification in this regard, though. Students can check the official updates for the NTSE exam date here. There will be online and offline options for the NTSE applications (changing for different states). 

Eligibility: Students in Class 10 who qualify for the NTSE examination.

Scholarship Amount: Class 11 and 12: ₹1,250 per month.

  • Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels: ₹2,000 per month.
  • PhD level: As per UGC norms.

Selection Process: The scholarship is awarded based on performance in two stages of the NTSE exam:

  • Stage 1: State/UT level.
  • Stage 2: National level conducted by NCERT.

Number of Scholarships: Approximately 2,000 scholarships are awarded each year.

The NTSE Scholarship helps students financially, enabling them to continue their studies and achieve academic excellence.
