Formerly known as the Fair & Lovely Scholarship, the "Glow & Lovely Careers" scholarship is a major CSR initiative by Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL). It targets young women (aged 15-30) from underprivileged backgrounds who wish to pursue higher education or professional coaching for competitive exams. For 2026, the scholarship provides a one-time grant of ₹25,000 to ₹50,000. Unique to this program is its support for Coaching Classes; it funds women who are training for bank exams, SSC, or teaching exams (B.Ed/TET). It is a pan-India scheme designed to reduce the dropout rate of female students due to financial hardship. The application is handled through a specialized digital portal, and selection involves a screening of academic marks followed by a telephonic interview

A1: Female applicants must be between 15 and 30 years old. This wide range makes it one of the few scholarships that also supports women returning to education after a gap.
