The Pragati Scholarship is a special scheme launched by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) to support girl students pursuing technical education.

This scholarship aims to promote girls’ participation in fields like engineering, pharmacy, architecture, and diploma programs.

If you are a girl student admitted in the first year of a diploma or degree course in an AICTE-approved institution, you can apply.

  • ₹50,000 per year
    This amount covers:

  • Tuition fees

  • Purchase of books

  • Equipment

  • Laptop

Only two girl students per family are eligible.

Annual family income must not exceed ₹8 lakh.

Selection is based on merit + income.

There is no entrance exam specifically for the scholarship.
